Production lines and metal-processing equipment
The series reaches 500KVA and regulates automatically whenever input voltage fluctuates or the load changes.
The SBW series is a compensated three phase voltage stabilizer built for plants that cannot afford a sagging line: six capacities from 150KVA to 500KVA hold the output at AC 380V±2% while the input swings as wide as AC 380V±15%, at ≥98% efficiency. Work through the four sizing steps, find your load in the capacity table, then request a price for the high power voltage regulator your project actually needs.
Every SBW frame from 150KVA to 500KVA shares the same regulation, cooling and protection package. What changes is capacity — so the only real question is how much load you are putting behind it. Answer these four questions in order and you will arrive at a number you can quote.
Add up the kVA of every machine, line and lighting circuit the stabilizer will feed on a normal production day.
Motors, compressors and transformers pull more at start-up than they draw at run. Build that peak into the figure, then move one capacity step up.
Log the worst input deviation your site sees. If it stays inside ±15% of 380V, this series covers it by design.
Compare the tolerance your downstream equipment states with the ±2% output the unit holds at its rated point.
Six capacities, one electrical platform. Pick the step that sits above your calculated load — and if the number falls between two steps, the larger frame is the safer order.
The two percentages on the nameplate describe the whole job. The input figure is what the unit will tolerate from the grid; the output figure is what your equipment actually receives.
These are the numbers a procurement engineer signs off on. Everything below applies across the 150–500KVA range — only the capacity changes from one frame to the next.

A stabilizer is a long-term installation, so the parts that matter after commissioning are the ones nobody advertises: how it cools, how it fails safe, and how quickly a technician can get inside it.
Three arrival states, three different decisions. Read the one that matches your installation before you fix a capacity.
The series reaches 500KVA and regulates automatically whenever input voltage fluctuates or the load changes.
≥98% efficiency and long-term continuous operation, with dry air cooling and an IP20 enclosure.
Output is held at AC 380V±2% with no waveform distortion stated for the series, and over/under-voltage alarms watch the supply.
